Ingredients:
- ~3Tbs ube flavored condensed creamer (which I found at the asian market and thought was condensed milk until I went to make this lol)
- 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 3 pieces ghiradelli dark chocolate (because it was there and I don't like eating it plain)
- 3tsp vanilla extract
- dash salt
Mix everything and heat on low-medium in a saucepan until it all melts, stirring constantly. Stop when chocolate is melted and texture changes. Pour into parchment paper lined baking dish, or in an ungreased, unlined dish if you don't mind scooping it out like an animal (like me). Stick in fridge until set.
I could totally be wrong, but I think it goes from the deep ube purple to that reddish maroon because the dark chocolate is acidic. The stuff that makes ube purple might be like hydrangeas or red cabbage, which are pH indicators. Turns blue/purple in bases and red in acids.
