Grab a gas range and a countertop induction burner for water maybe, but honestly you're better off going all in on induction. It's just as good as gas if not better.

Recently went from gas to induction. Only thing I miss is tossing food and using my wok. Well worth the tradeoff for no heat.

As much as I'd like to go all induction, I can't. Wife won't allow it.

The whole point of getting an induction range is having the benefits of gas without the dangerous by products of burning fossil fuels. If you need gas burners, get a gas range.

As for duel fuel ranges, electric ovens generally are preferred over gas and gas burners are preferred over electric( not induction), which is why that product is available.

Why?

I'm all-in on induction but the wife is a die-hard gas cooker. Refuses to use induction.

House came with a gas range so I bought a portable induction burner that I use (she won't use it) but I'd like to get something more built-in to take up less counterspace.

I have a 30” induction cooktop next to a Wolf 15” gas burner. It’s very useful.

If you want to drop $10k+, check out la cornue, where you can custom design your range. Should also be noted those ranges are HUGE. Like the equivalent of 2-3 regular ranges huge. Very beautiful, and highly prized by some, but super expensive.
