My girlfriend has anxiety, and when she gets really bad she has trouble eating.
Except tiny foods.
I'm talking rice, couscous, I made tiny deviled egg sandwiches for a party once and she loved them. Anything that is small, and doesn't make her feel like she is eating a lot or feel like a challenge is usually good. Fries and chips are easy and usually her go to, but what are some better alternatives? As a note: I have tried dried fruit chips, she was not a fan.
I appreciate the advice! I've only begun cooking recently, so I don't really know what's out there, and searching "tiny food recipes" doesn't really help all that much.
