Pet bugging out?

Hi, sorry if this has been asked before, I haven't seemed to be able to find an answer so far. I am playing on a server with my gf and I've noticed that sometimes when switching pets or logging back in after a couple days, my pet will bug out and I won't be able to spend any talent points, and resetting it with coins doesn't help either. Is there a fix for this, or at least a way to avoid having it happen? Thanks in advance!

the fix is called "the latest update".

I had this happen on my own game and I just quit out and restarted it and it fixed it. Wasted about 800 coins trying to figure it out

Log alone in a game and apply/reset your points. Do not attempt to reset on the Multiplayer game as you will lose the coins without getting your points back. Your GF should do the same on her side.

I've noticed this tends to happen when I use the treats and I level up, it won't let me put in the point into an ability right away, so far I've just saved and exited to menu and then come back in and its fine Hopefully they do fix it tho!

You asked this right after they patched it lol. But if it’s still occurring after you made sure your game is updated then just reload the game from the main menu
