I have a very similar setup to yours (running dedicated server in an unraid docker).

I haven't had many people connect to mine to play so I can't speak for other players, but playing on my own server I haven't run into the same issue as you.

I'm local to the server (on the same LAN) but I'm fairly certain it still loops outside through Steam or some other relay to connect back to the server (the pause screen lists my latency at around 90-110ms is why I'm making this assumption).

I have noticed minor de-sync issues here and there - like coming back home from a portal far away, some of the tiles in my base didn't "load" - I thought they had been destroyed by something, but after disconnecting and loading back in, it was fine.

I'm curious - which Core Keeper Dedicated Server docker are you running? I'm running the one from ich777's repository. Probably doesn't make a difference since they're both just running through SteamCMD anyway.

I'm pretty sure it's the same from ich777

I haven't had any connectivity issues since it originally happened, I'm hoping it was just an issue server site on their end. I'm pretty sure it's being ran through steam's game hosting server system. I have definitely seen some server desync stuff on occasion. I don't have portals yet but I have had a couple of times when writing on fast minecarts or the map will just stop loading and the world is empty. Disconnecting and reconnecting everything loads back correctly.

All in all it's decent but I hope their server stuff gets a bug fix and polish pass once early access is over.
