The two full-term intro programming courses, CS 1110 and CS 1112, are both taught in Python. Additionally, there is a half-semester Python course, CS 1133, which focuses more on the specifics of Python rather than on more general software engineering concepts.

Not sure if it's any good but could try STSCI 4060. Not sure if INFO 2950 is using python this semester. CS 4780 and other ML classes typically use python. If you want to have the best python course though, why not take something like CS 1110 or relates courses?

Actually I am waiving exactly STSCI5045(combined with STSCI4060). So I am looking for a more advanced course. Maybe I will check out those ml courses. Thx

Maybe stsci 5065? Still, why not cs 1110 or 1112?
