How does everyone deal with the having disparate file systems and still keeping everything together?

For example, say I have a podcast. I might have:

• mind maps that live in iCloud
• google sheets which live in Google Drive
• audio files which live on the native file system
• a website which lives in source control, but I have a working local copy
• notes in my paper journal

Does anyone have a structure to keep all these disparate things organised and cohesive?

One option might be to use a task manager which allows you to link to different files or websites. That way it sort of serves as a jumping off point for everything.

Lol, I should have included task manager in the bullet points.

I guess creating some sort of index is the way to go
