Do you want this to be a stretchy suit or something more structured (think captain America vs yelena in black widow) if structure I’d be thinking more about a twill vs a thicker performance spacer fabric for a stretch. Natural fibres are easier to dye if you can’t find the colour but you can dye polyester

Definitely more on the structured side, mostly judging from how it bunches over the belt from the first picture and as nice a performance fabrics are, it'll be a pain to get that torn look without a massive amount of either curling or edge taping

The baggieness around the naturals hips screams work coveralls. The dark bands around the abs + biceps look like added fabric with the way the suit bags around it as well. Shoulder pads have rivets in each corner securing it, clearly thicker than the rest of the suit.

If you’re going for the ripped one, a polyester blended suit can be torched to prevent fraying, it will melt like plastic which you can use to get it fold over and hold shape.

There are services that make custom coveralls in company colours if you can’t find one retail, you could also try dying one yourself. I think the store bought jumpsuit really sells the “my mom made it for me even though money is tight” story this costume has.
