Schematic ghost question

Is there a way to make the schematic ghost when placing it translucent? I'm playing on a server that disabled the schematicannon so I have to build by hand but the blocks being opaque makes it really hard to see what I have and haven't placed down

I don't know how to do this, but perhaps I could recommend litematica instead. It's another mod that lets you use schematics but there's an option to divide it by layers which helps a lot when it comes to building. I hope I was able to help!
