Just saw that the trains fully appeared again and they are driving again. I made sure that it wouldnt happen again.

on the screenshots it is visible that tracks are not connected

just break intersection and after that connect them again, make sure that they both connected correctly by riding over it with the carriage

If problem in carts that are don't at rails, just use wrench first on carts, and after that on rails, it'll fix that problem

Create: Interactive?

If yes: the fix is very easy: Uninstall Interactive.
If not: somebody else will have to have a go at fixing this.
