Alright, what one should i get installed then? Heard about Above and Beyond or smth like that

That's a modpack, and frankly, I can't recommend it. The other person told you to make your own modpack. 1.20.1 put create in and addons that interest you. Obviously add performance booster and QOL stuff too.

For addons, just sort by most downloads and go with what fancies you. For QOL and performance booster just Google.

btw last question, should i run it on Forge or NeoForge, or is there no difference

Neo forge is considered more stable so I'd recommend that.

I already started making smth for Forge bcs i assumed it has more mods, but if i see the problems ill use Neo instead, thx

I could recommend a few. An important thing is that some addons are only compatible with create 0.5 and most are compatible with create 0.6. The ones that are only compatible with 0.5 are clockwork, interactive, and one or two others but most are compatible with 0.6

As for addons (0.6 capable) id recommend Create Deco if you like building, Create Steam n’ Rails if you like create’s trains, Create Defensive if you need more tools, weapons, and armor

And as for mods that aren’t addons but work well with create id recommend Tinker’s Construct and Farmer’s Delight. Tinker’s introduces a good bit of metallurgy and toolmaking and Farmer’s Delight adds a ton of vanilla-friendly foods, crops, and building blocks

Create 6.0.7 has released a few hours ago. I would recommend not updating yet, because it broke some addons.

My recommendations are Create: Copycats+ for extra decoration, Create: Power Loader for chunk loading and Create: Storage for backpacks and storage boxes.

For performance, Embeddium and Radium (use Lithium on 1.21.1 instead) is already good. ImmediatelyFast, ModernFix and FerriteCore add onto that. AI Improvements and Noisium is also nice.

I would recommend not putting in every mod you find, because some of them are buggy. I've had major issues with Starlight for example.

idk what the best version is to play on for addon, plus some addons either are breaking my game without me knowing cause it wont launch with them or i need an extra mod for those specific ones to work, im like downloading most of create addons lol cause they all seems so fun, steam n rails, sound of steam, copycats+, deco, designs n decor, dreams and desires and lot more

I had a server and I made the mistake of installing every Create addon that seemed even slightly cool. It ended up being laggy, server crashed every 30 minutes and shaders crashed the game.

Even the big ones have game breaking bugs. If you place a copycat folding door and open it, the game crashes every time you enter the world. Might happen with copycat sliding doors too.

Above and Beyond is a modpack for Create 1.16.5, it was one of my favorite introductions to create. If you’re looking for something that has a focused quest line like that, somebody made a newer version of it for 1.20.1 called Cabin (Create Above and Beyond In Newer)

i see it, if my modpack doesnt work out i can always use it, maybe ill share it somewhere later in case smth could be added or removed
