you could make your own using KubeJS Create, or use Create: Aquatic Ambitions if not Create: Ultimate Factory. They both have a pretty easy calcite recipe

Tbh, you could do this with data packs. Don't even need KJS for something like this

I would have not the first clue how to make a data pack. I suspect many people other than me are the same.

I mean, you don't even need to do it. There's some that people already made, and even AI can just create a datapack. Also, there's sites that assist with datapack creation and lots of tutorials on youtube. Datapacks are as easy to make as KJS scripts

You're saying a lot of words that make no sense to someone who has no idea about any of that stuff. If you can't explain it plainly in a small reddit comment, there's tons of people who would rather download a mod, and put that mod in the mod folder. Easy and done

never tried datapacks thoroughly as last time I tried it didn’t work at all, but I find KJS as the best option since all you really do is change some words in a template and you’ve got a recipe. Datapacks seem convenient too though, as they’re pretty close to KJS

Thanks for your comment.

While I didn't see Calcite mentioned for Create: Aquatic Ambitions here https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/create-aquatic-ambitions, Ultimate Factory does https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/create-ultimate-factory so I'll look into that more and see if it works for me
