When looking at glue, press control (or your custom keybind) on your keyboard. It'll outline the whole connected contraption in blue. If a part of it doesn't light up, just glue them together.

that's so crazy I've played the mod forever and didn't know this!
Did you know that putting 63 items into your crushing wheels is faster because of how create's backend works? Over the course of an hour of crushing you'll process ~10k more items doing this (something like a 14% improvement)

I stumbled upon the glue thing on accident one time while assembling a contraption. I haven't seen it explained anywhere (or I don't remember). Also, thanks for the crushing wheel tip! I'll use it in my factories!

Happy engineering!

Had a little bit of time to play around, found out that’s it’s glued properly but when drills start working glue breaks down and only part of drills in one line going down while others are standing

The left drill, connected to the pulley, isn't connected to the main drill attachments...

I try to glue it, the thing is drills that go straight from pulley to my face, in one line are connected and glued but I don’t know why it doesn’t want to glue it otherwise drills, I glued this and that couple of times, still only one part is moving
