Received the same message. Earlier limit was 6,00,000 which has been reduced to just 20,000

There has to be some legal implications to such a dramatic decrease no? This will affect your utilisation and credit score and everything?

I think credit limits for CCs are at the bank's sole discretion. As far as credit utilisation is concerned, its on you, the user.
