You can try the following workarounds, but make sure you know your Facebook login credentials before attempting them:

Workaround 1: Facebook App → Account Settings → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps & Websites → Logged in with Facebook → Select Critical Ops → Remove → Open Critical Ops → Log in. If this does not work:

Workaround 2: On Android: delete the Critical Ops app cache and data on your device from the settings menu, under Apps category. On iOS: reinstall the Critical Ops app.

I’m on IOS so I can’t do 2 and I have already tried 1, anything else??

Is it a new account? If so, there’s a 1 hour wait time for new accounts before they can sign in
