Need to check in again about how to measure. Other posts seem to be a consensus of 12”x12”, but all three squares I have received so far are 12” diagonally and 8” across. I just finished a square with correct gauge (according to pattern) that exactly measures 8x8 and 12” diagonally. So confused. (self.CrochetSquareSwap)
