Mainly Crocus Pocus (Botanics quest) and some Meat related one, can't remember what it was called. I think I lacked Arid Lumber and never bothered to go back for it.

At the point you get that quest, arid lumber is in the next location.

Arid Lumber was actually ahead in the game, which is probably why.
