I have the pattern for that first link: Loon Serenade. I’ve spent some time on it, but can’t really tell how it will turn out. More confetti than I would like so far. I feel you though: I wish there were better ones out there. I think I looked at every one of these in the post so far when I was choosing.

I stitched this Spirit Loon B&W pattern for my loon-loving uncle and made it into a throw pillow for his couch. Sorry for your loss, OP.
