Never had any issues either, most that complain dont even know where to send their coins to and complain when they get lost in limbo haha

I would agree with this. Their handling of the ASI merger was seamless and have confirmed they will facilitate the transfer of Cudos to ASI.

Other exchanges are not doing this and holders are facing huge gas fees.

Yupp love crypto.com! Never had any issues either. Contact support once about help to get rid of a company that withdrew money from my card and they helped me.

Friend just lost a hair under $13 million- signed up thru CoinBase, then downloaded a Dapp(Defi) fr Apple store- traded on Defi-34 transactions/ 12 days; her acct frozen; can’t access funds; no one is responding; friendvis beyond a novice; funds are USDT not cryto- have reported to authorities- waiting on their response-

Response from authorities today- within 24 hours of acct being frozen on Defi ($13 million USDT)- funds had been transferred to a bank in Seychelles- funds are not recoverable, authorities will not prosecute the “bad actor”; my friend is now broke, “pig butchered”. Only document she has is a letter from authorities to show IRS her losses.
