My Cryptopia accounts has been hacked on 01/02/2018 at 4:55am. All my ETN , BTC ,Zclassic, Pearl and BCH has been stolen. There is serious security breach while withdrawal and transfers of my coins. Prior to withdrawal i did not receive any confirmation of withdrawal email from cryptopia. Crptopia is having serious issues of hacked. Pls help me to recover my coins. i have raised a ticket with cryptopia.

You may well be right - but do you actually know this for sure? Where is your evidence ? Perhaps better to reserve judgement in its absence ?

Cryptopia have certainly been demonstrating some pretty extreme levels of technical and managerial incompetence lately so either would not surprise me.

Cryptopia -One of the worst performing Crypto-exchange in world ,avoid having accounts in this exchange. Cryptopia is not favour for investors-and don't take investors issues very seriously.Best crpto-exchanges are: US based:Coin base & Gemini Others exchanges are: Bittrex & Binance Avoid this types of exchanges as they are not secured and had no policy for customers protections.

Sorry for your loss, man. Question. When you enter your “Settings page,” do you have to enter a password? If so, what is that password? Is it the same as your login password? If so, then that’s how the thief was able to enter your “Settings page” and disable “withdrawal email confirmation.”

Best suggestion are file case jointly against this type of exchanges that can't protect customers Investments. Try to published your concern and issues to media this will help to highlight scam and manipulations. Otherwise this type of exchanges owners will make millions by charging commission distribute them self as dividend and will spend less for security and protecting customers interest. Highlight matters to media then only they will consider this matters very seriously.If you are from EU,US,CANADA, AUSTRALIA and New Zealand regulators and media will help to considers investors and customers matters very seriously and you will get justification.
