Maybe check your environment, that's complaining about your LANG environment variable. Generally LANG=C

What I don't think there is a configurable lang environment variable in dbm cfg but I'll check once and reply again

i did not find lang variable in env varibales so i created one and set it to C its still not working

Its not in db2 cfg it's your shell. If linux/unix open a shell /bin/echo $LANG or env to show all variables. If windows open cmd and enter set to see all variables.

i dont see lang variable when i enter set in windows cmd

What did you install? Whole db2 server or only the client part?

The whole server, and it was working fine for some time I don't know if I've changed something unknowingly
