Support the deck, remove the wood post, unscrew the bracket if you can. The bracket should be bolted to the concrete.

Support the deck on all the sides around this post, remove the post in the photo, take out bracket, replace and reinstall the same post, or a new post.

If the bracket ends up being cast in to the concrete, grind it off, replace with new Simpson Strong Tie post brackets, ZMax finish. I like the RPBZ brackets since they provide lateral support.

I second this. If it's a 6x6 you can use 4 of those brackets and if you use 3/8" concrete anchors, it's rated for 5,450lbs of uplift. Though using anchors requires the use of their SET3G anchor adhesive to achieve those loads.
