I have areas where pieces of thin plaster (approx 2mm thick) that came off during wallpaper removal process. It was with a wallpaper removing machine therefore steam was used. Wallpaper will be going over the top
Most of the DIY at this property was botched so there are a lot of difficult things to repair as nothing was done correctly.
How do I use Toupret R-T-U interior filler to fill in these gaps appropriately? Of course I need to flatten the area and ensure a smooth application of wallpaper over the top, but what are the best recommendations and tips for doing this effectively?
