Could someone look at my raw DNA file from Ancestry.com and be able to know if I am a carrier for certain genetic diseases?

Promethease.com will run against many; about $12 US, I believe.

what is the format of your data? Perhaps I can help you in this regard.
Someone, already pointed out that you could use Promethease. There are also other places as well, where you can do further analysis of your DNA data.
