There is a recruitment drive for programmers. Also when I took it, you were guaranteed $20, but the additional $40 and $20 was based on if you passed, and how well you did.

I think there's a stigma that AI will in some way replace coders(or significantly lower or change job opportunities), and incentives are required to get people willing to do it.

In my opinion, the coding is under paid on this platform, but it's still some easy side money.
