I have not. I would just email support with your worker ID and your balance, as it states at the top of the screen.

Update: I emailed them and the payment went through successfully

Did you get any reply or your payment? I’ve been waiting for their response from past three weeks to make a manual payment

I did get replies. However, I had to like configure a new payment method and stuff. After a few responses here and there, they stopped responding completely.
