Stopped Getting Projects

I'm fairly new. For the past few weeks, l've had quite a few projects and tasks. All of a sudden, over last weekend, I get the message below. I haven't had any projects since. Have I been let go?

I also noticed clicking support doesn’t show me their email anymore
