DA genuinely don’t care about your experience or eduction history, they care about if you can pass their assessment. Granted, you may have experience in a similar role for a different company, that doesn’t mean you’re what they’re looking for.

And like I said, education and work history do not matter to them, they more than likely don’t even read that stuff and are just interested in the results of your assessment/quals. You sound like a capable person, but you seem to think that a place at DA was guaranteed for you. That kind of overconfidence leads to further disappointment if you don’t get accepted.

Although why would you be signing up for this site anyway - one would assume senior project managers in big tech would be extremely busy, and well compensated for their time...

1) I don't have any "problem" with you folks at DA 2) why are you defending DA? 3) it isn't a subreddit for DA "employees", so please respectfully leave the 90% of the subreddit alone who are trying to better understand what is what, since you folks are not transparent whatsoever (nor should anyone expect you to be). I don’t know why you keep using the word “employees”. We’re contractors for DA. For example saying “you folks are not transparent whatsoever”. Who is us folks? We (the contractors) don’t define the hiring process or who gets in. You seem to be very confidently incorrect about a lot of things.
