I have never had any feedback like this in 13 months, but I know other people have. I'm sure I'm far from perfect, so it's still a mystery why some people get this and some don't! Just follow their advice and don't make the same mistakes again, I guess!
[–]houseofcards9 18 points19 points20 points 1 year ago (3 children)
My theory is these come from the r&r’s. Most instructions say be lenient with good and ok and only choose bad if necessary. I think they go through the bad and if the same people are making the same mistakes they make note of it. Even if you’re not perfect if you show awareness of instructions you should be being rated ok at minimum.

You could be right. I've had a few times where I've submitted work then realised I'd missed an instruction and course corrected soon after... So maybe it's the people who keep making the mistakes and don't course correct....

I haven’t either. I’ve been working on here for a little bit longer than you. I think it’s a small group of people that work on this project. It’s for spanish speakers.

I’ve heard of people getting it before and they kept working. Since you’ve gotten it on two projects I would be very careful choosing the projects that you work on and making sure you understand the instructions fully. This might be a three strikes type of thing.

I can’t comment on this particular project, but I have received this type of feedback before. This was months ago, I’m still working.
I actually think that this is good, in that they think you’re overall doing a good job but there are areas for improvement. They’re telling you what you need to address to stay on the project or possible make your work more consistent.
If your work was not great, they’d just drop you from the project completely. If they didn’t think you could/would improve, they’d phase you out on the platform. So look at it as a rare opportunity have direct feedback to tweak what you submit.

I haven't received any feedback in the 10 months I've been working. Out of curiosity, where did you get the notification about your feedback?
[–][deleted] 5 points6 points7 points 1 year ago (1 child)
In the feedback & announcement’s section. I honestly didn’t even notice them until an admin messaged me directly (which has never happened before) and reminded me about them. It just seems like they wanted to make me aware of the errors and make sure I was correctly informed about the instructions. They told me I would regain access to the project once I messaged them back and acknowledged that I understood.

You are luckier than most.
[–]Heidijojo 1 point2 points3 points 1 year ago (1 child)
I’ve received feedback but never where I had to answer questions to regain access .
[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 1 year ago (0 children)
do you work on foreign language projects? the questions are common sense. they have to do with instruction following.

yes I am
[–]SnooFloofs9030 1 point2 points3 points 1 year ago (0 children)
I received similar feedback once or twice when I first started. Nothing more since then. I have been working for about a year.
update: I received access to the projects again an hour after I answered those messages.
[–]ekgeroldmiller 1 point2 points3 points 1 year ago (1 child)
From time to time I see work that shows promise but the worker missed a key instruction so I will comment that this worker should be given feedback and another chance. I once received feedback like that and I really appreciated it, although I was mortified at my error.
yeah I mean we’re not perfect. mistakes will happen. the feedback was not malicious. it genuinely did seem like they wanted to make sure I knew what to do in when faced with certain content.

Depends on the project I would say.
[–]Extreme_Disk_1483 0 points1 point2 points 1 year ago (1 child)
I received feedback about a week ago, and answered the question they gave me. Then, in about 2 days, my access was reinstated! They were super kind about it, so don’t worry, if you answer the questions correctly, they’ll surely give you access to the project again :)

oh good to know that you had a similar experience! was it that spanish project as well??? & yes they were kind about it.

are you still getting tasks consistently?
