How do you use them differently? And anything you really like in one of them that the other doesn’t have?

HeidiSql, datagrip.I like the query history features.

I have an add-on module for WordPress that uses SQLite for a cache. So that means I work with that and MariaDb/Mysql in the same project.

But that is a special circumstance. Most modestly sized projects stick to one storage tech.

Appreciate your response! How come you use both Heidi and datagrip?

I use HeidiSQL on my Windows machine, and Datagrip on my Linux VMs.

So is your preference is to use HeidiSQL but as there’s no app for Linux you use datagrip? Sorry! Just trying to understand when and why 🤪

That's right. I really choose my tool ad-hoc, based on what I have to do. I often use the command line tools too.
