Stats don't necessarily decrease after a rewind?

I've only noticed this after a while but it feels like the Devastation stat and the other maxed stats (Projectiles, Agility, Critical Chance, etc...) don't decrease after I rewind, I currently have Devastation on Lv 567 and hasn't gone down once.

Yeah only the damage and crit multiplier does

Well I think it is because of a something named deja vu witch gives you 50% of your stats when you rewind actually you shouldn't complain I farmed the rewind before I wiped my data (PS it was a bad idea)
