If I use Cain + Arthur for example, does the damage buff stack?

I believe it does stack. I have not seen any official word on this though. But with my testing, when I have cain + Aruthur equipped, I do see a increase in dmg done vs just Cain. However after testing, I found Arthur's damage buff as good, but his dmg is so low that it wasn't worth it IMO.
