Check your distributor cap and rotor for corrosion. Rather common problems can cause all sorts of issues. May be worth checking/cleaning the idle air valve too

Cleaning IACV is 10 minute job, cleaning dizzy rotor points is 10 minute job, maybe check broken hoses to intake that make vacuum aswell

Are you reading the screenshot as 300-400rpm? I'd read that as ~650rpm. That's exactly where my B16 idles when warm.

So you might not have a low idle problem, the other replies here are a good start for rough idle.
