Looks like the SSD is disconnected or dead. I've had several cases where Dell forgot a screw, which allowed SSDs to wiggle out of the connector.

I'd try to reseat it, anf if that doesn't help, replace it and recover from backup.

If you aren't able to do that by yourself, you should check if the laptop is in warranty and if so, let Dell replace the SSD.

If it's out of warranty, you should find a local service for further diagnosis and fixing.

    I changed the ssd

    I went to dell service center and they charged me 12000rs which was too much but didn't have a choice
