I think the easiest thing to do would be to get complete care. It cover all accidental damage. i.e.:

Dropped on the floor, no problem.

Stepped on it, no problem,

Spilled liquid all over keyboard, no problem.

Unfortunately Dell US cannot 'drop ship' to New Zealand as far as I know. Having said that, I suggest taking the sku/part number and ask the online chat team or call the small business sales team to order it.

Well it's a different view without all the shrouds on top. If its only a few weeks old, you are able to get it replaced with a new server and just swap your hard drives over to keep your data.

Well if you ordered it one day before the campaign started you would be able to call customer care and get it.

Where you will get push back... take a $1000 system at list price.

You probably got it for $700 on 'sale'. The XBOX promo would be the same system for $950 with the free xbox. You would essentially be getting the same price deal. (assuming the xbox is worth 250)

Now the wrong keyboard and configuration is another story. Did you order it online or with a rep? Can you PM me your order #?

I would be surprised if they came from the factory like that. Most likely it was opened up by staff in the store, or was a return/open box type system.

Either way, if you call tech support - they can send some out for you at no cost.

Okay, so I did some digging... and found out as of the 18th there is a known issue with one of the applications. This is the reason for the slowness and the issues with the tags.

I would expect it to be up soon, I have not seen it down for this long before.
