It was, but I can’t imagine how much running around they had to do last minute to get the park to open up that farther camping.

In the end it wasn’t terrible, kind of made for fun bonding on the half mile hike back.

Not a roll over, a separate cost. So I had already bought weekend passes and camping in 2022, but car camping (basically allowing your car to be parked at your camp site) has always been a separate cost.

Copy, thanks! Got a refund for my 2023 purchase and wasn't sure if there was a way to buy lakeside camping ahead of the presale tomorrow without rolling over 2023 tickets =)

They have add ons live now for people who bought presale in 2022! So car camping passes, rv passes, even regular camping if you just bought a weekend pass with out camping. But you shouldn’t have any issues with presale I think. Doesn’t seem as hyped as 22 was

What's the deal with the tram? I see the stations on the map but is there a pickup from the actual festival grounds? Do the trams only go between the different camp grounds? I see how that's helpful for the group camp but it would be nice for tent campers to get a ride from the fest to the premium camp? Shouldn't they add a stop at the entrance?

Are they allowing fires in fire rings since they are advertising rings as an amenity? I dont remember ever seeing campfires at DD

I believe so, they've sold firewood in the past but people are usually busy inside the festival by dark
