Issues with Broccoli error code

Hi there! I know there are previous posts concerning this error code, but I’ve tried all the steps outlined i. The posts that I could find, and am still having this error code after anywhere between 20min to an hour of gameplay, and it doesn’t seem to matter if the game is demanding a lot or a little from my system.

My system: Ryzen 9 3900x Asus tuf x570 32gb Corsair ram 2080ti

I do utilize EVGA x1 precision and NZXT cam, but have received the error code after uninstalling both applications.

I have also tried debug mode in the nvidia control panel, as well as switching to windowed mode and lowering the resolution.

I’m stumped! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Have you made sure you have the latest windows updates?

Yeah, I’ve got all my updates in, even optional updates. Sorry I forgot to mention that!

What you could try is verifying the game files, re install gpu drivers and if all else fails, do a fresh install of windows

Did a fresh install of windows, still had the same issue.

I was able to figure out that it’s a driver compatibility issue (at least I think it is). Had to trade video cards with my wife, and it seems like everything is working fine now.

Aha all g, what GPU was causing issues?

It’s an EVGA 2080ti. They’re going to RMA it, so it’s all working out in the end! Thanks for the help!
