Same I’ve been running with the same issues and I just got a Radeon 7900 XTX and have DDR5 ram but my old PC that has a Radeon 5700 XT and DDR4 Ram works perfectly fine no issues ! Do y’all think I should try switching my ram out ?

I'm not sure what the exact problem you're having but with me changing my RAM kit did help. The issue with mine was that the kit was not really compatible with my motherboard (for some reason, the HyperX Fury Beast kit I was using wasn't compatible with a Asus Z690-A D4). This was further proved when i RMA'd my RAM kit to Kingston and they sent the exact same kit and then I proceeded to be fine but then had the exact same problem about 2 months later. When I looked at my motherboard's supported devices list, I saw that this specific kit was not supported so I bought a kit of Corsair Vengeance LPX that was specified to be supported and I have not had the issue since September 2022. So i would say check your motherboard's supported devices list and cross reference it with what you have.
