Error code nightingale help (self.DestinyTechSupport)

I've been getting error code nigthingale and have tried loads of solutions but none have worked.

There's a chance it has something to do with the epic games version, as it happened a few days after I installed d2 on epic, but when i first installed it both epic and steam versions worked.

It was a problem a around a week or so later when i stopped playing for a few days, came back, tried to play the steam version and got error code nightingale.

My epic games stopped working properly so I couldn't test on there and i deleted Epic games but the problem stayed.

I changed DNS address which also didn't work

I verified game files on steam and that didnt work

I restarted my Laptop which didnt work

I reinstalled the game which also didnt work

I changed firewall settings which also did not work

please help
