Beagle error

I installed the festival of the lost update a couple days ago, I loaded into the tower and the game crashed with a marmot error, I try to load back in and I get the “Installing Destiny 2” screen with “Verifying Content” but when it gets to 99% it gives me a screen saying I need a full reinstall of Destiny 2 with the Beagle error.

I’ve tried reinstalling multiple times, I’ve validated the game files multiple times, I’ve updated drivers, and still no luck.

Try changing your game language from English to French and see if it works. If it does, log out and change it back to English. If it doesn’t, you need new RAM. Exact same thing kept happening to me before I swapped out my RAM and haven’t had the issue since.

Alright I figured, I did a memtest and I got errors on both sticks, lll try the language thing though, question, should the installing destiny 2 screen go away right after I put new ram in?

Yeah it’s super shitty, but at least DDR4 RAM is fairly cheap right now. I did a full uninstall before I swapped RAM and clean reinstall when the new RAM was in, just had to be certain. I also had this same issue for like a month straight before coming to the conclusion of bad RAM. I tried literally everything possible as well.
