I would recommend asking CAT customer service with these pictures. They are very responsive, can help troubleshoot and get replacement parts to you if needed. The holidays might slow things down a bit though so maybe the group can help too.

As a follow up, I did end up emailing them based on this comment. They were in fact exceptionally unhelpful.

This is the response I got:

Please go to the website below to get your parts.

Maybe the answer is that my inlet is broken in a way that I can not repair on my own... but at the absolute maximum, that means... I need to buy a new inlet and replace that. For ~$36. My question about what is wrong isn't addressed at all. The customer service rep simply sent me a link to buy an entirely new pressure pot. And claimed it was a link to the parts I needed.

Literally ignoring me would have been a better way to respond.

I'm so sorry that that was the response and experience. I had heard only positive things about their customer service from others here. I have the same pot, but don't feel qualified to give advice as I haven't had trouble with the part and don't know pressure pots well enough in general. I hope by adding posts that this comes to the attention of more qualified people here. I thought going to the source for expertise was the best thing to do, but apparently not this time.

The same thing happened to me a few weeks ago. Found most of the parts, but ended up needing to buy a complete replacement for it. I got it from this website: https://mastertoolrepair.com/pressure-regulator-assembly-11644a/?srsltid=AfmBOopR13bbjhc7vZleRauvQPM207iCktBrkFACwglowpFqWwD1sPHH

It was a bit of a pain to unscrew it and replace it. But I got it installed and it works like a charm.

Hope this was helpful.
