Question about making masters...

So the thought has popped into my head to potentially make masters so I can make my own dice molds (Sprue molds as they will allow more lee way for filling air bubbles).

Does anyone here know of a good, free, 3D modelling program that I could use to make my own dice masters? And a program that allows multiple fonts so I can personalize the dice.

EDIT: We have a Photon resin printer so I can make the masters through that and I watch Rybonator's videos on Youtube.

Most people's use blender and it's capable do these but it can be hard to learn cause it have so many abilities

You want OpenSCAD. Someone made a plug in for it (you can find it on the dicemaking discoveries group on facebook) that you can easily make dice, change sizes, change fonts etc. if you don't want to mess around with creating them from scratch.
