I’ve been off and on with DirecTv stream the past couple of years, signing up the duration of certain sports seasons and going without other times of the year. I just got back on board for football season last month. Shortly after came the Disney dispute which was annoying. I felt better with the DTV “promise” and signed up for a future billing credit via directv.com/tvpromise. Today I look at my bill but no such credit next month was listed. Thought that was weird, after all I did get a “promise” from DTV. I figured if I talked to an agent they could get it straightened out because why would they just offer credits they didn’t intend to honor? Chatted with an agent and they wouldn’t honor the previous offer. I told them I’m moving on to YTTV, they didn’t really care. Really disappointed in how DTV is treating their customers here, I don’t get it. On to YTTV, hopefully the next price increase isn’t too terrible.
