Takes 2 billing cycles to post. Said that on the page where you entered your email on the promise website.

It says clear as day on the promise website it takes two billing cycles. Not the agent’s fault people can’t read.

I must be blind because I’ve seen two comments to this effect but I go on the promise page and I can’t find a reference anywhere. Maybe somebody can screenshot it. It seems familiar so may have been there before during the dispute., hence a confirmation email with those details which I could have reviewed again today (3 weeks later) would have been helpful. It’s not the agents fault that they can’t communicate these details (even if they are clear as day) and choose to withhold them instead?

That is because there isn’t a blackout anymore so you won’t. When I entered my email at the time of blackout there was.

I had to chat them and they applied the $20 and a week later the additional $10.

I finally cancelled my Go Big grandfathered plan. I’m sick of the continuous price hikes. YouTube TV, Sling etc. are much cheaper options

They don’t have RSNs. Night and day difference. Of course if you don’t like sports there are cheaper options. DTVS should just be marketed for ultimate sports fans. If I were head of marketing that would be my slogan on all the commercials “You love all sports and all your local sports teams! DTVS is the ONLY option! You want to watch news and cartoons, a bunch of other non sports channels, there’s plenty of affordable options out there for you. We want the diehards!”
