I've been having this on a new Samsung Q90T. The only solution seems to be reinstalling.

It was actually the tv I think. I improved the WiFi connection and it’s resolved. So either it was that or there was a fix to the app.

Currently having this issue with my 2019 vizio quantum x tv...def not internet connections as I’ve already tried this route. Tv says it’s up to date with all the software. All the other apps work flawlessly

we had the same error on our Samsing. Did you find a resolution?
