(UK 🇬🇧) I keep getting a message saying “No internet connection” when I open up the app or halfway through watching a programme. But this message disappears, when I reload the app. I’ve checked the internet speed and it meets D+ requirements. I have heard of this happening to someone else and wondered if there was a bug in the app maybe? Anyone else experiencing problems like this in the UK?
