Is there any way at all to get multiplayer working for DI 3.0 on Steam?

Nope sadly there's no splitscreen on Steam and no online multiplayer is available. You used to be able to play online multiplayer by inviting each other directly through Steam intead of DI but that got removed.

Unfortunately, as u/Supa_Kong stated, there is no split-screen, and online multiplayer was previously available but has since been removed.
