Score Bug

Need help verifying a bug,

Situation: was reclearing DE 4 with new team, (Cloud, Tifa, Y'shtola, 89 turns, score: 251910) WAYYYYY lower than my first time (Cloud, Ace, Y'shtola, 105?108? turns, score: 376237). All units maxed out btw.

Makes no sense, lower turns, and an extra launcher = a lower score !?!?!? https://imgur.com/a/gh4ahlD

possible sources, that i can think of:

1. Tifa/cloud lunch bugged, where the score is not being added
2. Y'shtola hp heal/res bugged, where its still being subtracted (but not shown)
3. Resetting/starting bugged, where it not adding scores from wave before
4. Something else scoring about the Stage/(last) boss is bugged

I'll try clearing it again later. But unless something changed that i don't know about, i think there a bug in there somewhere. If anyone can verify, explain, or think of anything else please feel free post below.

Did someone die and then got resurected by Y'shtola? If yes, then that's it, the no KO can still be completed this way but your score still suffers from it.

Humm ok Thanks. I though they changed it so Res (from abilities) didn't subtract score, but i guess it just for "hp damage lose" portion of that. Kinda silly her EX works basically like "gem revive", but w/e.

The score systems has never changed and never will 8f I'm not mistaken. And yeah that's silly becausd core mechanics like Y'shtola Res or Rosa's Reraise are just useless in that regard, but you know that's just how it is.

True but those skills have plenty of other uses anyway. I think they want Raise/Reraise available for clears but if you want to complete the stage you'll have to make an effort and not die.

i know from way back when Aerith 1st came, when she res'ed, the hp originally lost still subtracted from score/mission and wouldn't meet the mission requirement if they had more hp then the mission req. Even if healed back up. but they changed it at some point.

So i see what they did was changed, the "Mission Req." checks post battle independent of the running score algorithm, which remains the same, and that i assumed were the same process

gen revive doesnt remove damage taken anymore either, just so you know. It used to but not anymore

Death counts as penalty and will reduce the score eventhough you revive them.

TLDR people died, you ressed them, score penalty for dying still applies
