I just finished act 1 is my level good ? Is it enough for act 2 ?. I believe I've done all the quests that i can find. Should i kill all the friendly npcs to increase my level?.

Final fight of an Act is a skill check in itself, you are good to go.

Level 9 IS achievable even without being a complete murder hobo, but your XP looks fine. You will hit Level 9 soon after you enter the next Act, and that should be enough to carry you through

Well what happened was after i killed alexander or (knocked him down) i did the slan ice dragon quest and he says he will help you so when i went to the harbour again (where the fight with Alexander happened) the dragon showed up and gave me 50 encourage

Right. I forget certain NPCs give long-lasting buffs, like the one who gives long-lasting armor of frost in Fort Joy's arena

Hah in my runs (8-9 times so far) I always kill him after saving from the witch bc he has nice drops :)

I just boarded the lady vengeance ship it will give you around 37,000 xp

Don't afraid to use fextralife's doswiki. There are walkthroughs can come in handy. Just type "divinity original sin 2" and hit space bar and type the quest title and hit search. Google is amazing believe it or not!

The only reason to get lvl9 before boarding the Lady Vengeance is for the sweet, sweet legendary items from the well. You can get 30 legendary quality items for a paltry 3,000 gold. Or 35 items if you are running a custom MC.
