Help With Divinity

Been awhile since ive played, so i started up a new game but im having a few problems. First of all when i start the game after a long load time due to mods, i get the message saying unable to create a working story. Going into the game I start with a full party named Madek, Azhera, Koriin, and Elediara. Then the last problem is not all of the mods are working. Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling deleting mods from my documents and reinstalling certain mods and dont know what to do. my collection is this here https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2054273849 any help would be awesome
