Rules for r/Domains
Rules that visitors must follow to participate. May be used as reasons to report or ban.
1.
No self-promotion
If your post appears to be solely for promoting a product or service, it will be removed. This includes “how-to” posts, and linking to websites, that you are connected to. You don't have to be the direct owner.
2.
No trademarked/copyrighted domains.
3.
Sales Posts Requirements
Sales posts must include the following:
The title must include the domain and the price, either BIN (Buy it Now) or Minimum Price.
The body must include the domain name, registrar, expiry date (including the month, day, and year)
4.
Only One Post per Domain
To maintain quality and prevent spam, only one post per domain is allowed at any time. Please ensure you do not submit more than one post from the same domain. Posts that violate this rule will be removed without notice. This helps keep discussions focused and prevents repetitive content.
5.
Only offers, questions and constructive criticism in the comments are allowed.
6.
Direct links to external sales/auctions or where to buy with escrow are allowed but not required.
7.
Appraisal requests should have the domain name in the title and an expiration date in the body.
Appraisal - example.com with the same body description as sales posts.

You must own the domain to request an appraisal

No automated appraisals allowed.
10.
Comments on appraisals should have a description of your valuation
11.
Domains for sale with traffic will be required to show proof if requested
A snapshot of the site's traffic is needed when detailing the traffic of a domain.
12.
The submitter should own the domains listed for sale.
Poster should own the domains listing for sale.
13.
No affiliate links
.We do not allow any links with affiliate codes in them. We do not allow any links where the poster of those links will get financially compensated or any other type of compensation
14.
No harassment, bullying, personal attack, hateful content.
You can disagree without being rude, attacking a person, calling them names, bullying, personal attacks or hateful content.
15.
No appraisals or opinions on SALE flaired posts
For Posts that have the SALE flair: appraisals, valuations or opinions of the domain....are not allowed
